Ftl skateboarding a.k.a. - for the Love of skateboarding - is based on exactly what it states. projects based off skateboards or manufacturing skateboard decks, all done for the love.

the company began with creating a press and a mold of a shape consistent to my preference. once a mold was achieved, boards were thoroughly tested. skating in orange county, california, an interest in boards i created developed to where i began selling to the skateboard community.

with manufacturing skateboards, and the use of skateboards (breaking them), can create a lot of unusable wood which would be considered debris. in a process of removing glue debris, removing images, and resawing old boards, i began repurposing otherwise “debris” for handcrafted items.

My goal and dream would be to make these crafts for a living; however, these products are made in my free time when not working day job. Please be patient for any special request items and for shipping items out, for all is done in house.
